Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SubTrack — the web app and the mobile app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

SubTrack helps you track subscriptions, renewal dates, and free trials that you enter yourself. It is provided free of charge.

• SubTrack is an organizational tool, not financial advice.
• SubTrack does not connect to your bank, cards, or payment providers, and cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
• Reminders (in-app and email) are best-effort conveniences — you remain responsible for your own billing dates and charges.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You own the data you add to SubTrack. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process it solely to operate the Service. You can export your data as CSV or delete it at any time — see Delete your account.

• Don’t attempt to access other users’ data or probe, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful.
• Don’t resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the Service; for a discontinuation we will make reasonable efforts to give notice and a window to export your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubTrack and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed renewals, charges, or fees related to subscriptions you track. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and delete your account.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
